Why Alpha Chi?
Hi!

I’m Bella Bassali, and I’m honored to serve as Alpha Chi Omega’s Vice President of Recruitment. On behalf of our Epsilon chapter, I am thrilled that you are considering joining Greek life. Every day, the Real Strong Women of Alpha Chi Omega remind me why I chose this sisterhood—one built on academic excellence, personal growth, and lifelong connections.

I know that formal recruitment can feel overwhelming—I’ve been there myself. Coming to USC, I had no prior introduction to Greek life, but from the moment I joined Alpha Chi Omega, I found a community that truly felt like home. The women here have shaped my college experience in ways I never imagined, and I have formed friendships that I know will last a lifetime. From sisterhood events to service opportunities, leadership development, and late-night talks at 813 W 28th St., every moment spent with my sisters has helped me grow into the best version of myself.

As you begin your recruitment journey, I hope you’ll see the authenticity and warmth of Alpha Chi Omega’s sisterhood. I can’t wait to meet you this Spring and help you find your home in the Panhellenic community!

Vice President of Recruitment

Hi y’all!
My name is Riley Sidebottom and I’m the Vice President of Recruitment Information for Alpha Chi Omega. My sisters and I are so excited that you have decided to go Greek and cannot wait to meet you! While the recruitment process can definitely be stressful, I can assure you that the sisterhood that awaits you is beyond worth it and is a gift that keeps on giving.
When I started my time at USC, my favorite memories whether good, bad, funny or sad always included my female friends. At USC I knew I wanted to join a sorority to be part of a sisterhood that would be ever present throughout my college memories and continue to uplift me after graduation. Alpha Chi Omega has given me that and so much more!
The kindness, support, and love my sisters have shown me everyday since I joined this house is something I will be eternally grateful for. Whether it's getting ready for gameday, laughing through Monday night dinners, or throwing coins in the wishing well at Disneyland, my sisters are an endless source of good times and happy memories.
I hope you all feel the genuine love and sisterhood that Alpha Chi can give you as you go through the recruitment process. We can’t wait to meet all of you as you go through the recruitment process to find your forever homes!
