Letter from the President
Hello and welcome to the Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega at the University of Southern California!

My name is Chelsea Ackman, and I am honored to serve as Chapter President this year. When I first came to USC, I felt overwhelmed by the size of campus and unsure of where I fit. I never imagined that walking through Alpha Chi’s red door would lead me to the people and experiences that have truly shaped my college years.

Alpha Chi Omega has been the place where I found my closest friends, the women who cheer me on, and the community that made a big school feel personal. From late-night conversations in our living room, to spontaneous coffee runs with my family tree, to laughing through recruitment together, I have never felt more supported, understood, or inspired. These friendships have grown into some of the most meaningful relationships in my life.
But Alpha Chi has given me more than memories, it has given me
opportunities. Opportunities to grow as a leader, to step into roles I never thought I was capable of, and to find confidence in myself I didn’t know I had.
Alpha Chi has a way of shaping us in quiet, powerful, and transformative ways, long before we realize it. I went from not even knowing if Greek life was for me, to being a new member, to VP Finance, VP Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation, and now Chapter President. Alpha Chi Omega is a place where women build each other up, celebrate each other’s strengths, and help each other become the best versions of themselves.

To anyone visiting our website, I hope you can see even a glimpse of what makes this chapter so special. Alpha Chi Omega is a place where you can find lifelong friendships, genuine support, and a community that welcomes you exactly as you are. It’s where you can step outside your comfort zone, try new things, and discover who you want to be, all while being surrounded by women who want to see you shine.

I am endlessly grateful for this sisterhood, and I’m excited for all the future members who will walk through our door and find their own home, purpose, and community here, just like I did.
Loyally,
Chelsea Ackman
